How Your Garden Care Membership Works
1. Initial Assessment
We assess your garden, its condition, size, access and maintenance requirements and recommend the appropriate membership level.
2. Initial Preparation, if Required
If your garden requires clearance, heavy pruning or other preparation before regular maintenance can begin, this will be quoted separately.
3. Monthly Maintenance Visit
Your scheduled maintenance visit will normally take place between the 1st and 10th of each month. The work carried out may vary depending on the season, weather and what your garden needs most.
4. Property Access
Suitable access to the garden or grounds must be available on the scheduled visit. You do not need to be at home where safe access has been arranged.
5. Simple Monthly Payment
Membership is paid by Direct Debit at the end of each month for the following month’s service.
6. Flexible Rolling Membership
There is no long-term commitment. Your membership continues on a rolling monthly basis, subject to our membership terms and 14 days’ cancellation notice
