How Our Garden Maintenance Service Works

1. Initial Assessment
We assess your garden, its condition, size, access and maintenance requirements and recommend the appropriate membership level.

2. Initial Preparation, if Required
If your garden requires clearance, heavy pruning or other preparation before regular maintenance can begin, this will be quoted separately.

3. Monthly Maintenance Visit
Your scheduled maintenance visit will normally take place between the 1st and 10th of each month. The work carried out may vary depending on the season, weather and what your garden needs most.

4. Property Access
Suitable access to the garden or grounds must be available on the scheduled visit. You do not need to be at home where safe access has been arranged.

5. Simple Monthly Payment
Membership is paid by Direct Debit at the end of each month for the following month’s service.

6. Flexible Rolling Membership
There is no long-term commitment. Your membership continues on a rolling monthly basis, subject to our membership terms and 14 days’ cancellation notice

What is included in my monthly garden care membership?

Each garden maintenance membership is tailored to the size and requirements of your property, and membership level. This may include lawn mowing and edging, hedge and shrub care, weed management, seasonal pruning, general tidying and other seasonal work.

Will the same work be carried out every month?

No. Your garden's needs change throughout the year, so we prioritise the work that is most appropriate for the season, weather and condition of your garden.

What happens during autumn and winter?

During the quieter growing season, we focus on work such as leaf and debris clearance, pruning, weed control, accessible drainage maintenance and general grounds care. Jet washing, exterior cleaning and selected treatments may also be carried out where included in your membership and weather conditions allow.
